EsponŽ has sued essentially all of the importers of EPSONŽ COMPATIBLE Ink Cartridges in the United States, claiming patent infringement. Most of the importers have agreed to no longer import or sell EpsonŽ Compatible Cartridges.

We are a reseller, not an importer, and have not been sued by EpsonŽ. However, we no longer have a source of compatible cartridges for EpsonŽ, and once our existing supplies are gone, we do not expect any more.
