All of our compatible ink cartridges are manufactured in an ISO-9002 facility and all of our products are 100% guaranteed. Unless otherwise stated, our cartridges are all Compatible Cartridges, not made by the Printer Manufacturer.

If a product is defective, or we have made a shipping error, we will replace it at no charge to you, and we will arrange for a pickup of the defective product at our expense.

If you have misordered a product or wish to return a non-defective product in saleable condition, just return it to us, along with the original packing slip, or your order number, and we will issue 100% credit for the products returned within 90 days of shipment.

We do not accept returns of opened, non-defective products.
